By creating an account or using PetScan AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

PetScan AI is not a veterinary service. The AI-generated health insights provided by the App are for informational purposes only and do not constitute veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for your pet's health concerns. Do not delay seeking professional veterinary care based on information from this App.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use PetScan AI. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

PetScan AI offers a free tier and a Premium subscription at $0.99/month. Premium subscriptions are billed monthly and auto-renew until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your device's App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Refunds are subject to the policies of Apple App Store or Google Play.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Upload photos that do not belong to you or that violate third-party rights.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the App or its servers.
• Use the App to generate or distribute harmful, misleading, or abusive content.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and technology in PetScan AI are owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PetScan AI and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including any reliance on AI-generated health information.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the App's Settings screen.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
